Ms. Alford and Ms. Johnson,
My name is Olivia and I instruct an ASL club with a colleague of mine for elementary aged students. I assigned my students the task of searching for new websites to share with each other when we discovered your "Useful Links" page, http://chs.amaisd.org/485587_3. We had to reach out and let you know how much we enjoyed exploring your links. We thought you would enjoy the feedback. :)
Also, my students have really gone above and beyond gathering more resources and found this awesome page for novice ASL learners: https://voicenation.com/resources/general-resources/article-library/a-beginner-s-guide-to-american-sign-language/
As an educator, I enjoy connecting and sharing information when possible! Would you be interested in adding it to your list of ASL links? I hope it's not too much trouble that I ask..they're spectacular kids and I think it'd make them feel great seeing their resource up helping other students. In addition, I'd love to reward my class with a surprise pizza party if their suggestion is added. :)
Thank you for taking the time to read my email. I truly believe acknowledgement and positive feedback is so beneficial to a students' growth!
Sincerely,
Olivia Ingram
